1. Early and late check-in and late check-out

For guests arriving before 3 pm who wish to check in, it is possible to do so from 12:30 pm, due to the check-out time being 11 am. An earlier check-in than 12:30 pm might be possible according to room availability. In this case, we charge an early check-in fee of 45 EUR. For guests arriving after 10 pm, we charge a late check-in fee of 36 EUR. In the event of a late check-out after 11 am, we charge an additional fee of 10.50 EUR per hour if the room is already available. Please note that these fees and policies are subject to change, so we recommend checking with us or reviewing the terms and conditions before making your reservation.

2. Parking
We offer a great parking area in case you need it. We charge a parking fee of 18 euros per night.

3. City tax

In accordance with the Municipal Regulation, a tourist tax is applied to all guests aged 13 years and older, per night of stay in tourist establishments and local accommodation establishments located in the Municipality of Lisbon. 

Amount: The unit value of the tourist tax is €2 per person, per night.

Application Conditions: The tourist tax is charged for a maximum of 7 nights per person. The fee is separate from the accommodation expenses and must be settled at the time of check-in or check-out, according to the establishment’s policy. 

Exemption: The following individuals are exempt from paying the tourist tax: 

– Guests aged 13 years and younger. 

– Guests who can provide proof of being accommodated by responsible entities. 

– Guests traveling for medical treatment during the treatment period. 

Please note that this information is subject to change in accordance with current legislation. 

4. Damage

In the event of any damage, please communicate with our staff as soon as possible so that we can resolve it in the best way and not compromise your experience. Depending on the damage, a repair or replacement fee for the damaged item may be charged.

5. Increasing/reducing the number of guests

If the guest wishes to bring an additional guest and there is availability in the chosen apartment, after paying the extra guest fee and the applicable check-in fees, we can accommodate the additional guest. However, please note that in the event of a decrease in the number of guests for the reservation, no refund will be issued.

6. Baby bed

If you need a baby bed during your stay, please let us know, and we will provide one for you. We charge a fee of 22 euros for the baby bed for the duration of your stay.

7. Losing keys

In the event that the guest loses the keys, a fee of 150 euros will be charged.

8. Extra bed

If the reservation was made for 2 guests and an additional guest is requested afterward, a fee of 25 euros will be charged for the extra bed.

From train station (Oriente): 

By car: 20 minutes

Check-in: 15:00h to 22:00h. 

Check-out: Before 11:00h.

Note: Please tell us your estimated arrival time once you confirm the booking. We will wait for you in the property in advance. 

When checking out, you only need to leave the keys in the apartment. If you have a car, please drive car out of the car park before leaving the keys in the apartment.

Yes, for sure. In Lisbon, you can use Uber Eats, Glovo or Bolt Food to ask take-away.

Sorry, in order to keep the privacy and not disturbing the other tenant, a visit besides the guests in the hotel is not allowed.

The prices include local taxes and VAT over the reservation amount.
