1. Late night check-in and late check-out

Check-in after 22:00h has a charge of 30€. Pay in cash upon check-in. Extra charge of late check-out of 10€ /h (only if the apartment is available).

2. Parking
10€/day

3. City tax
Since 2019, visitors to Lisbon need to pay 2€ /night.

4. Damage
Please call us as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision whether an extra charge is needed.

5. Increasing/reducing the number of guests
Possible if the same apartment has the necessary capacity and after paying the additional price for the extra guest.
Reducing the number of guests: Not refundable.

6. Baby bed
5€/request

7. Losing keys
If losing the keys, you will be charged for 150€.

From airport: 15mins by taxi. Or, taking the red line subway to São Sebastião station, then transfering to yellow line until Rato station. About 3 mins on foot to the apartment.

From train station (Oriente): 20mins by taxi. Or taking the red line subway to São Sebastião station, then transfering to yellow line until Rato station. About 3 mins walking to the apartment.

Check-in 15:00h-22:00h. Check-out before 11:00h.

Note: Please tell us your estimated arrival time once you confirm the booking. We will wait for you in the property in advance. When checking out, you only need to leave the keys in the apartment. If you have a car, please drive car out of the car part before leaving the keys in the apartment.

Check-in only after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave the luggage in our office. Late night check-in costs 30€. Late check-out only allowed only if there isn’t a new check-in in the same apartment, and costs 10€ /h.

Baby crib is available if you need, 5€/requirement. But extra bed isn’t allowed, as all the apartments have already been furnished with sofa bed, you can use it bed if you need.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Yes, for sure. In Lisbon, you can use Uber Eats to ask for food.

Sorry, in order to keep the privacy and not disturbing the other tenant, a visit besides the guests in the hotel is not allowed.

You can reserve directly on the website using a credit card, VISA or MASTERCARD, or through a normal bank transfer.

The prices include local taxes and VAT over the reservation amount.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.
