By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership:
The site www.morganjupiterapartments.pt is owned by Morgan-Jupiter II Management & Consultation Services, Unipessoal, LDA. (Morgan-Jupiter Apartments), whose registered office is located at Rua Rosa Araujo 55, 1250-194 Lisbon and is intended to be used by customers and anyone interested in the services provided by us.
The use of our services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and/or Conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions by updating this article. The revised terms will be effective upon publishing.
2. Guarantee Policy:
2.1. Early and late check-in and check-out:
For guests arriving before 3 pm who wish to check in early, it is possible upon request and there is an early check-in fee of 45 EUR. For guests arriving after 10 pm, we charge a late check-in fee of 40 EUR and, for guests arriving after 2 am, there is a late check in fee of 55 EUR.
In the event of the guest requesting late check-out after 11 am, we charge an additional fee of 20 EUR per hour if the room is already available.
Please note that these fees and policies are subject to change, so we recommend checking with us or reviewing the terms and conditions before making your reservation.
2.2. Parking:
We offer a great parking area in case you need it.
We charge a parking fee of 20 euros per night and the remote has to be returned until 11 am of the check out or last parking day. After 11 am, the system will automatically charge.
2.3. What’s the check-in/out time and how?
Check-in: From 15:00h
Check-out: Before 11:00h.
2.4. Can I request an early morning and late night check-in or late
check-out?
For guests arriving before 3 pm who wish to check in early, it is possible to do so from 12:30 pm, upon request, due to the check-out time at 11 am. An earlier check-in than 12:30 pm might be possible according to room availability. In this case, we charge an early check-in fee of 45 EUR. For guests arriving after 10 pm, we charge a late check-in fee of 40 EUR and, for guests arriving after 2 am, there is a late check in fee of 55 EUR.
In the event of the guest requesting late check-out after 11 am, we charge an additional fee of 20 EUR per hour if the room is already available.

3. Prices:
Our prices are determined by the number of guests, nights, and the chosen apartment.
Prices may vary across platforms.
We are pleased to highlight that we accommodate long-term reservations. For further details, please contact us directly.
4. Cancellation/Modification Policy:
All reservations made through the Morgan-Jupiter Apartments website are subject to our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases where an invalid credit card is provided, there is evidence of fraudulent or inappropriate activities, or the reservation does not comply with our terms and conditions.
However, it’s important to note that reservations made directly with us may have different cancellation policies from those made through other online booking platforms. We recommend checking the specific cancellation policies of each booking channel.
In the event of cancellation as mentioned above, Morgan-Jupiter Apartments is not obligated to guarantee availability for new reservations or the best rates. The guest will need to make a new reservation with the best available rate at the time of the subsequent booking.
Please be aware that Morgan-Jupiter Apartments reserves the right to modify the prices without prior notice under justifiable circumstances.
5. Refundable Policy:
For reservations on non-refundable basis, 100% of the reserved value plus the municipal city tax
of €4,00 per person per night will be charged on the day of booking.
In case Morgan-Jupiter Apartments have a different refundable policy in their other channels, please check and see their specific refundable policies through those channels.
6. Security Deposit
A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon check-in. This will be charged to your credit card and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, minus any deductions for damages to the property or unpaid charges.
7. Late Check-In & Check-Out:
For guests arriving before 3 pm who wish to check in, it is possible to do so from 12:30 pm, due to the check-out time being 11 am. An earlier check-in than 12:30 pm might be possible according to room availability.

8. No Smoke Policy:
Due to the increased risk of fire, maintenance costs, and health effects of secondhand smoke, Morgan-Jupiter Apartments has implemented the following No Smoking Policy, which prohibits smoking in indoor common areas, rooms, bathrooms, hallways, kitchen, stairs, offices, and elevators. This policy applies to all residents, guests, visitors, service personnel, and staff.
9. No Pets Allowed:
No pets allowed
10. No Parties or Events Allowed:
We inform that parties and events are not allowed. Please don’t make loud
noises after 10PM.
